A little about myself…………..

My name is Marion Lambshead. I am a professionally trained Celebrant and I can conduct funeral services throughout Cornwall.

Views on life, death and religion are very personal and not everyone wants a traditional funeral or a totally humanist ceremony. The funeral services I deliver can include a choice of music, hymns, poems and readings or whatever reflects the beliefs and values of the deceased and their loved ones……there are no set rules

A funeral is a time for us to say goodbye and to be able to freely express our grief but it is also a time to celebrate the life and personality of the deceased.

 The ceremonies I conduct are as individual as the people they honour, with each service being written from information gathered from family and friends. Together we will create a dignified tribute that captures the spirit of your loved one.

 You can contact me personally of through your chosen Funeral Director. I will arrange to meet you at your home or alternative venue – along with other members of the family – where we can discuss your requirements in detail and I will collate all the information I need. If any members of the family wish to be involved in the service, which I welcome, I can assist with this. From this meeting i will create a unique, personal service that reflects the wishes of the deceased and their loved ones, liaising with yourselves and your Funeral Director regularly. Finally I will be with you on the day of the funeral to deliver the service and ensure everything is just as you wish.
